Pro Quality Concrete Inc. was created after our owner saw the need for a new breed of concrete contractor in the industry – one who operates with strong moral principles and knows the ins and outs of the business; ensuring customers a beautiful, lasting project. We specialize in all types of concrete repair and installation, including driveways, Patios, Sidewalks, Hot tub pads, pool decks and much more! ABOUT THE OWNERS
Jose and Omar Hernandez, the dynamic father-son duo behind Pro Quality Concrete, Inc., embody the spirit of hard work and dedication. Born into a family of five in Mexico, Jose Hernandez has been a stalwart in the concrete industry for over 30 years. His journey began in the 1990s, where he spent a decade contributing to the development of San Angelo. For the past 20 years, Jose has excelled as a superintendent across North Texas, showcasing his unparalleled expertise and commitment to quality. His son, Omar, after graduating high school and gaining valuable experience in the industry, recognized the potential for creating a brand that prioritizes customer satisfaction above all. Omar, with his keen understanding of client needs, took on the client-facing role, while Jose continued to oversee operations and execution. Together, they founded Pro Quality Concrete, Inc., with a vision to deliver superior concrete solutions that exceed expectations.
The addition of James Kelly as a managing partner marked a significant milestone in the evolution of Pro Quality Concrete, Inc. A childhood friend of Omar and a recent graduate from Texas A&M University, James brought fresh perspectives and innovative strategies to the company. His expertise in project management and operational efficiency has been instrumental in streamlining processes, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. James's role has not only enhanced the company's focus on customer satisfaction but has also reinforced the trust and reliability that clients place in Pro Quality Concrete. This trio's collective strive for excellence has positioned Pro Quality Concrete as a leading and trustworthy concrete contractor in North Texas.
